Although I do not publish my rates online, we can discuss them over a complimentary phone consultation, arranged at a time that works best for you.

Appointment information:

Initial phone consultation - free (15 minutes)
Initial Session (60 minutes)
Individual Therapy Session (45 - 60 minutes)
Family Therapy Session (60-90 minutes)
Couples Session (60-90 minutes)
Group Session (2 hours)
Getting Together to Grow Together (1.5 - 2 hours)

Typically I see clients weekly, however the schedule can be negotiated to meet your individual circumstances and support needs

Please note that unfortunately Debit/Interact, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit are currently not accepted as forms of payment.

Payment is due at the beginning (or prior to the beginning) of every session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change the date and/or time of our meeting, I will need at least 24 hours notice. In that event, I will do my best to offer you different options for rescheduling, so that we can avoid missing our time together.


If you have private insurance, or coverage through your work benefits, I am able to provide you with receipts for reimbursement.
